Abstret:According to the test and analysis for the oil pipeline of Mahuining statidon,it is discovered that because in petroleum exists water,CO\-2 dissolved in water results in corrosion of pipeline.This paper introduces the corrosion mechanism,the factors effected on corrosion and the countermeasure which should be adopted from now on.
