摘要:研究了杂散电流干扰的检测方法及对其干扰程度的评价方法,通过对杂散电流干扰成因和特点的分析,选择杂散电流测绘仪(SCM)作为检测和评价的手段。杂散电流测绘仪是一种智能化的测量仪器,通过后处理软件对采集的数据进行分析就可以获得管线周围杂散电流波形图及干扰数据,对杂散电流的测量与分析有助于掌握管线附近杂散电流情况及制定腐蚀控制策略。该仪器已经在工程中得到了很好的应用,取得了良好的效果。

Application of Stray Current Mapper to Buried Steel Pipeline

Abstract:The Stray Current Mapper was used to study the detection and evaluation measures about the stray current by analyzing its characteristic and the cause of formation.It is helpful to find out the stray current around the buried pipeline and make the strategy to control the corrosion of pipeline. In the paper, the application of the stray current mapper to buried steel pipeline is presented.
