摘要:提出了热油管输过程热经济性定义、评价参数、评价方法和建立动态评价曲线的方法,并进行了实例评价。应用评价曲线可以动态地确定热经济性良好的输量范围,预测经济加热耗油指标。将通过对动态运行参数进行热分析获得的定量数据和评价曲线比较,可以评价该输量下管道的总体热经济性程度,可以动态地评价运行方案的热经济性状况。根据输送过程实际加热耗油量,应用评价曲线还可动态地评估热站的实际综合运行效率。

Dynamic Assessment Plots of Heating Economics for Heat Oil Pipeline

Abstract: Based on a thermal analysis,the definition and assessment parameters of heating economics for heat oil pipeline were brought forward in the paper.The method with which the dynamic assessment plots were constructed was discussed,and the prediction and evaluation of heating economics for an actual pipeline was performed. Results show that the method suggested by the article would play an important role in decreasing heat energy consumption of oil pipeline if it was used practically. The range of the economic discharge capacity and the index of heat consumption can be determined by means of the plots obtained with the method. The state of heating economics for an actual operation scheme in pipeline can be dynamically estimated when we compare the data, which were obtained through a thermal analysis according to these operation parameters, with the data from the assessment plots. The efficiency of heating stations also could be predicted with the method if the oil amount consumed in heating process were known.
