Abstract：Brief introduction:This paper reports the method of group tubular legs upside-down installing and lifting in 20000m３ large out-floating-roof oil tanks at Tahe Oil Field in Xinjiang.It provides successful experience for reducing overhead working at absence water place,controling welding detect of large oil tanks,asuring project construction quality.
