浆体管道的输送流速直接影响管道运输的安全与经济。以往由于没有把浆体的物理特性(即固体颗粒组成及浆体粘性)作为一个影响管道输送参数的重要因素来考虑,所以迄今 为止,很多管道不淤流速公式未能摆脱纯经验性质而缺乏普遍的实用意义。本文通过分析及 大量试验资料验证,系统研究了影响管道不淤流速的各项因素及浆体粘性的明显作用,因而 阐明了一定条件下浆体浓度的提高,有利于降低管道输送流速,从而可以进一步提高管道输 送浆体的综合效益。

The Physical Property of Slurry and its Velocity of Pipeline Transportation

Abstract:The velocity of slurry in pipe effect the economy and safety of transpo rtation.In recent years many formulas of nonsettling velocity for slurry were de veloped without considering the characteristic of slurry as an important paramet er,hence the application of these formulas is limited.In this paper based on the theory of saspension rheology and by using a great amount of experimental mater ial,a new expression of nonsettling velocity is developed.the influence of slurry viscosity,solid concentration and the diameter of pipe on the nonsettling velocity is analysed in detail.The results of study indicate that in a given conditi on the increment of solid concentration and slurry will bring to decrease the cri tcal velocity in pipe and It is favourable to increase the comprehensive efficie ncy of slurry transport by pipeline.
