Abstract:It is explained in this paper the measurement principle of the heat quantity and the design methods of the software and hardwore for heat quantity meter.It is established the mathematical models of temperature sensor and liquid sensor After two years on-line operation in the test region,the heat quantity meter has proven to be reliable in operation and accurate in measurement.
