摘要: 研究了压缩空气储罐内积液的特点, 针对目前排液方法存在的问题,通过采用蒸汽系统常用的浮球疏水阀和倒吊桶疏水阀改进排液系统,可以实现自动排除液体,又能减少排液时气体泄漏。同时指出了疏水阀的选择方法 及其安装要求。

Removal of the Accumulated Liquid in Compressed Air Tank

Abstract: Studied the characteristic of fluid in compressed air tanks, in view of the issues arising from the use of the issues accumulated liquid removal method, but actually, float traps and inversion tube traps, commonly used in steam system to improves the remove accumulated liquid system, may realize the automatic elimination liquid, when can reduce gas divulging. It pointed out the trap choice method and the request of installation.
