Welding of Urea Class Stainless Steel 725LN Used in Ammonia Saturator

Abstract： 725LN was specially designed for urea application in which containing hot ammonium carbamate solution. Introduced the characteristic of material performance，corrosion resistance and welding technique for 725LN.Applied GTAW and SMAW to weld Ammonia Saturator with emphasis on pre-weld treatment and controlling welding heat input，high welding quality and efficiency were reached.
