摘要:利用热平衡理论和流体力学的知识推导的污垢热阻软测量模型,以及设计的污垢热阻在线监测装置,对监测到的污垢热阻时间序列的数据进行Logistic拟合、多项式拟合和S函数拟合的比较,得到了换热管的污垢热阻随时间变化的数学模型,并从理论上对此模型进行了探讨,验证了此模型的正确性。

Online Fouling Monitoring Technique Based on Softsensor Technology

Abstract:This paper deduced a soft sensor mode on fouling thermal resistance by using the thermal balance theory and fluid mechanics and designed an on-line monitoring device of fouling thermal resistance.Three functional models (Logistic,polynomial and S function model) were combined and compared in fitting the fouling thermal resistance based on the data series derived from monitoring device,so a mathematic mode that the variations of fouling thermal resistance of the transfer tube with the time was obtained.In the end,the model was theoretically discussed and demonstrated.
