摘要:在格拉管线维持性技术改造中,对全线12座泵站的71座油罐进行了第二次防腐层除锈涂漆施工,积累了一些实践经验?对其施工要点进行了总结:查清旧油罐涂层的破损实情;落实除锈标准;彻底消除油罐渗漏隐患;选择适宜的施工条件;选择适合高原油罐防腐的涂料和适宜的涂刷方法;采取得力有效的安全措施?这些做法确保了高质量按期竣工,实现了安全无事故?这些实践经验,对类似工程有借鉴价值?��

Practice of Secondary Anticorrosion Painting of Golmud-Lhasa Pipeline Pump Station Oil Tank

Abstract:During the Golmud�睱hasa piepline sustainability technical imrovement recently,the antiseptic layers of seventy-one oil tank of the whole twelve pump station were removed rust and painted.The construction accumulated several experiences.This paper has summarized the construction keys as follows:making the fracture condition clear;fulfilling rust removal standard seriously;decreasing the leakage of oil tank fare completely;choosing suitable constructional conditions;selecting the coating that fits in with the anticorrosion of the oil tanks of the plateau and proper coating brush process;taking effective security measures.These practices make sure that the project can be completed punctual with high quality,and there is not any accident all through the period.The experiences have reference value for the similar projects.��
