摘要:管道内检测器是集机械?电子?计算机技术为一体的复杂的检测设备,在对内检测技术分析的基础上,研制了超声管道内检测器功能样机,对内检测器的关键技术,如机械结构?超声检测仪?定位技术?保障技术?信号处理及检测数据分析等进行了分析,提出了设计方案,经试验管道检测证明,腐蚀缺陷检测精度较高,内外定位较准确,应用前景很好?

Research on Inner Inspection Pig of Crude Oil Pipeline Corrosion

Abstract:Ultrasonic inner inspection pig is a complex instrument which contains mechanism, electronic device and computer technology. Based on the analysis of the key mechanism structure, ultrasonic inspection, orientation technology, maintain technology, signal processing and data management, the ultrasonic inner inspection pig was made. What it used in the experiment shows that it inspects and locates the corrosion wall of sample quickly and precisely. It will be applied widely in the inspection of long-distance pipeline in practice.
