摘要: 采用标准[WTBX]k-ε湍流模型,利用PHOENICS3.6软件数值求解,考察了带有下凹的横向肋条的湍流边界层流动和黏性阻力,通过数值计算,考察湍流减阻性能,表明在充分发展的湍流场中,横向肋条的减阻效果是很明显的。探讨了沟槽面的减阻机理,提出下凹的肋条引起了边界层的向下移动,使平板面处的速度损失减少,达到了减阻的效果。

Numerical Simulation of Horizontal Riblets in Turbulent Drag Reduction

Abstract: Based on the PHOENICS 3.6 software, by adopting the standard k-ε turbulent model, the turbulent boundary layer flow and stickiness resistance of the concave-down horizontal riblets, as well as, the turbulent drag reduction capability by numerical calculation is investigated. Indicating that in the full, developed turbulent flow field, the drag reduction effectiveness of the horizontal riblets is obvious. The mechanism of the groove’s surface drag reduction is discussed, the idea that the concave-down riblets causes the turbulent boundary layer’s downward migration brought forward, the loss of speed on the surface of the level plank lowered, and the drag reduction effectiveness achieved.
