  摘要:以RNGk2ε湍流模型及EBU2Arrehnius燃烧模型为基础,建立了可燃气体单步化学反应湍流爆炸模型,以有限
体积法求解爆炸流动及反应控制方程,从而对二维油气管道中可燃气体爆炸的过程及规律进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与
实验数据有着较好的一致性。所做的工作为油气管道受限空间中可燃气体爆炸特性及规律的进一步研究及工业防爆抑
爆技术的工艺实施、系统设计和关键参数计算提供理论依据。

Abstract: The turbulent combustion model of exp losion in closed p ressure p ipes is p resented on the basis of a single2step
chemical reaction. The RNG( renormalization group) k2εmodel is adop ted. According to the high rate of reaction and the turbulence
phenomena, the EBU ( eddy broken up) 2Arrehnius combustion model is app lied. The governing equations of flow and the reaction e2
quations are solved simultaneously with the finite volume method ( FVM). Exp losive characteristics and rules in a two2dimensional
closed and restricted space is studied through numerical simulation. The result that agreeswith our experimental results lays a foun2
dation for further studies of flammable gas exp losion p rocesses and the p revention of exp losion disasters.
