摘要:长距离成品油管道在密闭输送过程中,出现非正常停泵、误关阀门及混油界面经过泵等均会引起水击现象发
生。水击波沿管道传播,极易导致管道局部超压而造成管道破裂、损坏设备等,故水击保护成为成品油管道密闭输送关键
性的工艺技术之一。金嘉湖成品油管道在全线水击保护控制方面采用了进出站压力调节系统、分输站分油流量调节系
统、出站压力超高泄放系统、进站低压泄放保护系统、进出站压力超限停泵联锁保护系统来保证管道事故工况时的安全。

Abstract:During the course of the long distance refined oil transportation, the abnormal pump stopp ing & closing of the
valves incautiouslymay will lead to water hammer. When the mixed oil interface passes through pump s, there will occur water
hammer. When the water hammerwave p ropagates along p ipeline , it will lead to an excessive p ressure of on the p ipeline partly.
This will cause p ipeline breaking & equipment damaging. So,water hammer p rotecting becomes one of the crucial engineering tech2
nologyies in the closedness p ipeline transportation of refined oil. The regulating system of up & down p ressure of stations , the vol2
ume regulating system of receiving stations, the system of releasing oilwhen the p ressure excessdsss the given p ressure, the system
of releasing oilwhen the p ressure is lower than the given p ressure and the system of pump stop ing linked to the up & down p ressure
of stations, is used to p rotect the p ipeline during the accident operatingmode from water hammer damaging in the J inshan2J iaxing2
Huzhou refined p ipeline.
