摘要：分析了不锈钢冷却器失效原因，论述了用钛材取代不锈钢的可行性，介绍了改造方案设计及部分关键问题的处理，对类似的设备改造有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract: The reason for ineffect of the stainless steel cooler was analyzed, the possibility of replacing the stainless steel with titanium was discussed, and the design scheme for reconstruction and solutions to some key problems was presented. It provides some reference for the reconstruction of some similar equipment.
