智能型阀门电动执行机构控制器的研制

摘要:介绍了一种具有新型的阀门电动执行机构的智能控制器的设计与开发。该控制器采用DSP作为主控制单元,采用矢量控制策略控制感应电动机,组成了一个集本地控制、远程控制、状态指示等功能于一体的智能系统,适用于各类工业控制阀。

Design of New Type of Intelligent Controller for Electric Actuators

Abstract: The design and development of the intelligent controller with a new strategy for the valve electric actuator were introduced. The controller uses the DSP as the main control unit and drives AC motor with the vector control strategy. The system is provided with integrated functions of local-control and remote-control and can show the state of valve. The system is applicable to many kinds of industrial valves.
