2种转油线布置方案的管系应力分析。对比两种布置方案的管道应力和加热炉管嘴受力情况
,分析两种布置方案增加管系柔性的难度
,选出其中柔性较好的配管方案
,从而获得了较优的减压转油线的配管设计方案。

Application of CAESAR II to the Piping Design
Optimization of Vacuum Transfer Line

Abstract: In an engineering project, there are two piping design plans for vacuum transfer line of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit, the thermal stress in piping system of both piping plans is analyzed using piping strees analysis software CAESAR Ⅱ, through the comparison of the stress in the piping system and the force in furnace nozzle, and the comparison of the difficulty in improving the flexibility of the piping system between two piping design plans of vacuum transfer line, find out the piping design plan which has better flexibility, and the optimal piping design plan is reached.
