聚合物母液管道熟化可行性室内实验

    摘要 :利用输送管道完成聚合物母液的熟化 ,将大大降低地面工程的投资。为此进行了聚合物母液管道熟化实验 ,初步的实验表明 :未熟化的聚合物混合液经管道输送后 ,黏度有了不同程度的增高。将聚合物溶液的降解机械剪切力转化为促进聚合物进一步溶解的搅拌动力 ,利用管道熟化作为聚合物溶液熟化过程的一部分 ,是需要研究的课题。

Abstract: If the maturation of the polymermother liquor can be realized in the p ipeline, itwill greatly reduce the investment of surface engineering, so the maturation experiments of polymer mother liquor are made in the p ipeline. The elementary experiments suggest that the viscosity of unmatured polymer solution will increase to some extent after the solution is transmitted through the p ipeline. How to change the shear force,which reduces the viscosity of polymer solution, into the stir power,which increases the dissolution of polymer. It isworth discussion and research that the maturation in pipeline is regarded as part of the polymermaturation.
