Automatization of High-pressure Metal Hose Weld

Abstract: An automatic device for metal hose welding was designed based on the common latitudinal seam welder, according to the structure of high-pressure metal hose. It comprises three parts: rotating device, transmission member and welding fixtures. The welding result of five types of metal hoses show that, the welding quality accords with the standards, and welding efficiency is equal to the latitudinal seam welder.
