Abstract: With the running time increased, crossing oil pipelines will be subjected to different degree of corrosion, if the pipelines can not be maintained or replaced in time. Once leaking or bursting takes place,its consequence will be inconceivable. In order to ensure the situation of corrosion in pipeline, it proposes a fuzzy judgment law. According to each factor which causes early expiration of crossing oil pipeline due to corrosion, the system of corrosion evaluation of crossing oil pipelines is established, and makes use of a comprehensive judgement on evaluation to appraise the factor of corrosion in crossing oil pipelines. Finally, the example is used to verify the application of this method.
