:针对目前超声波电源存在噪声大、效率低、精度不高等缺点
,设计了带辅助网络的全桥移相式
IGBT串联谐振电路
,设计了零电压开关
,并改善了变压器占空比性能
,提出了基于
PWM技术的频率跟踪与功率调节相结合的混合调制控制策略
,优化电路的整体性能。

Abstract: To overcome some disadvantages existing in power supersound, a phaseshift fullbridge IGBT’s serial resonance circuit with an assistant network is employed. This circuit can realize ZVS and improve the duty ratio of a transformer. A frequency tracking and power adjustment combination control method is presented based on PWM technology. The whole performance of the circuit is developed.
