摘要
:分别从内特性、外特性和水力设计等方面对国内固液两相流泵的研究进展进行综述。在内特性研究中分别介绍了泵内固体相流动规律的研究和泵内两相流的常用数学模型
,外特性研究主要是探索过流部件几何参数对泵性能的影响规律。归纳了国内目前固液两相流泵的设计方法
,主要分为速度系数法、两相流畸变速度设计法、速度比设计法、流场分析设计法
,并概括介绍了固液两相流泵在江河湖库疏浚工程中的应用。

Research Development of the Domestic Solid-liquid Two Phase Flow Pump

(1.Faculty of Mechancial & Electical Engineering, Hohai Univ., Changzhou 213022, China;2.Jiangsu Automation Research Institute, Lianyungang 222006,China) Abstract: It summarizes the research progres of the domestic solid-liquid two phase flow pump from the aspects of internal and external characteristic and hydraulic design, and briefly introduces the applications of the solid-liquid two phase flow pump in the rivers and lakes dredging engineering. Internal characteristic include the law of solid flow inside the pump and mathematics model of admixture in common use. External characteristic search after the law of the external parameter effect capability. At last, sum up the mans of design solid-liquid two phase flow pump domestic.
