Abstract: Transports the petroleum in the pipeline in the production process. Heating furnaces is uses for to the crude oil to carry on the heating equipment. This control system whether normal operation, relates the oil transfer the security, the energy conservation. It take the TieDa line heating furnace as an example, realizes the heating furnaces automation control with the PLC logic controller, union heating furnaces principle of work, take the S7-300 PLC as the heating furnaces control system, realization heating furnace the combustion air and fuel oil’s automatic control and optimized burning, had achieved the energy conservation, falls consumes, the security entire goal.
