而弯管是埋地管道中的重要管件。应用有限元分析软件

对含球型凹坑缺陷的燃气管道弯管在内压载荷作用下进行有限元分析
,
分析中考虑材料非线性和几何非线性
,
根据腐蚀区的载荷

应变图
,
对模型的塑性极限压力进行了预测
,
并得出了缺陷尺寸对塑性极限载荷的影响及变化规律
,
得到了一些对含缺陷弯管的安全评定有参考价值的结论。

Abstract:
A part2through slotwhich is a common three2dimensional defect on the surface of buried p ipes, is one of destructive local defect. Elbow is a type of componentwidely used in the buried p ipelines. As a computationalmethod, FEM is adop ted to cal-culate the collap se p ressurized with p itting corrosion, by taking the immense deformation effects and stress stiffening into considera-tion. In light of the geometrical parameter, the effect of defects on the p lastic limit load are obtained and some referential conclusion
is drawn for the security assessment of elbowswith defects.
