摘要
:通过对
1# PG6531B型燃气轮机减速箱齿轮断齿的失效分析
,从齿面初始点蚀、破坏性点蚀和齿面剥落等
3种主要疲劳损坏的特征、发生部位及破损危害程度等方面进行了分析研究
,通过有限元简要分析了齿轮接触疲劳破损机理
,影响因素及其产生原因
,并对有关的齿轮破坏提出了相应的预防措施。
