    摘要 :结合输气管道穿越地震断裂带的工程实例 ,采用有限元的方法对穿越地震断裂带的管道进行强度验算和抗震分析。通过对地震断裂带附近发生大变形的管道采用壳单元进行模拟建模 ,并且针对不同的管道壁厚和断裂带参数 ,X70材质、直径 711 mm的直缝埋弧焊钢管进行分析计算 ,确定穿越断裂带的管道参数 ,并且确保管道工程的安全。

Abstract: Integrating with actual engineering examp les of p ipelines crossing the earthquake rup ture area, the text first shows and exp lains the way to check and calculate the strength of pipelines crossing an earthquake rup ture belt by using the method of finite element and then makes an analysis of their anti 2 earthquake p roperty. To analyse and calculate the submeged welding steel pipe (X70, Φ 711 mm, congitudinalweld) under differentwall thicknss and rup ture area parameters by simulation modeling the shell element on very distortionary p ipe nearby earthquake rup ture area, and ascertion the p ipe parameter for crossing rup ture avea and ensure the safety of p ipeline p roject.
